Panjim, Goa

After visiting Tambdi Surla this morning, I checked in at The Crown Goa in the Fontainhas neighbourhood of Panjim.

Mahadev Temple at Tambdi Surla

I visited the Mahadev temple at Tambdi Surla, about 70 km east of Goa this morning.

It is painstakingly (and beautifully) restored by the Archeological Survey of India. The temple grounds and a stream that flows behind it are also clean and very well maintained.
